Elysha M. Carouge
Elysha Carouge represents companies across a broad spectrum of business matters. Her corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and strategic planning. She regularly assists larger corporate clients in the management and implementation of domestic and cross-border restructurings and financings.
Elysha also represents numerous financial institutions, private equity funds and corporate borrowers across a variety of industries in all aspects of commercial finance and real estate transactions, including acquisition financings, senior secured facilities, working capital facilities, asset-based loan financings, amend-and-extends, restructurings and the drafting and negotiation of all documentation in connection therewith.
Prior to joining MDSW, Elysha served as Assistant General Counsel of a publicly traded global provider of fleet management services, and before that spent seven years in the transactional finance group at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. Elysha was born and raised in Cambridge and Easton, and is excited to be practicing in her home town.
