Our Team

Kirby L. Hopkins

Kirby Hopkins routinely practices in the areas of real estate, commercial and general civil litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, business tort claims, product liability actions, condemnation proceedings and cases requiring alternative dispute resolution. She also advises employers regarding disputes with past or current employees and the enforceability of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.

Kirby received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Writing and Rhetoric from James Madison University before attending law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Kirby began her legal career as the law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Ross in the Circuit Court of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland from 2014 to 2015. Kirby lives in Centreville and practices primarily out of the firm’s Easton office. In her free time, Kirby enjoys riding her horse, hiking and spending time outdoors.
