Sarah A. Baugh
Sarah Baugh advises and assists clients with estate, trust and business succession planning, as well as estate and trust administration. She carefully crafts estate plans to meet the diverse needs of her individual clients. Sarah also provides assistance with business and real estate transactions, including entity selection and formation, drafting and negotiating sales agreements and buy-sell agreements as well as general business planning.
A Maryland native, Sarah graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2012. Prior to obtaining her J.D., she ventured from her local roots to St. Andrews, Scotland, the historic “Home of Golf”, to complete her undergraduate studies at the acclaimed University of St. Andrews, where she graduated with honors in 2009.
Prior to joining McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker (MDSW), Sarah served as the law clerk to the Honorable Brett W. Wilson in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County from 2012 to 2013 before entering private practice in 2013. Sarah lives with her family in Cambridge, Maryland, and in her free time enjoys hiking, boating and exploring the wilder areas of the Eastern Shore with her family.
