  • Ryan D. Showalter.   • Morgan E. Foster. Morgan’s family law practice encompasses divorce, custody, division of assets, alimony, child support, enforcement/contempt, pre/post nuptial agreements and related issues. Morgan draws on years of experience representing corporate clients (including Fortune 500 companies) in matters involving disputes arising from corporate mergers, buy-outs, sales, acquisitions or other dissolution. Dickson.  Strider is a litigator whose practice areas include commercial and business litigation, healthcare law and white collar criminal defense. Strider’s former practice with an international law firm and as a federal and state prosecutor established a broad foundation of trial experience in criminal and complex civil matters including civil and criminal fraud, ERISA, professional malpractice, public corruption, RICO conspiracies and violent crimes. As Director of the Maryland Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, Strider oversaw the criminal prosecution of Medicaid fraud and opioid-related cases, as well as civil enforcement actions under Maryland’s False Health Claims Act.
