Elysha M. Carouge
Elysha Carouge represents companies across a broad spectrum of business matters and strategic planning. She provides outside corporate counsel services to in-house legal departments of companies both private and publicly held, providing assistance with all manner of corporate functions in the U.S. as well as foreign jurisdictions, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financings and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Elysha also has deep experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers across a variety of industries in commercial finance and real estate transactions, including acquisition financings, senior secured facilities, working capital facilities, asset-based loan financings, amend-and-extends, restructurings and the drafting and negotiation of all documentation in connection therewith.
Prior to joining MDSW, Elysha served as Assistant General Counsel of a publicly traded global company, and before that spent seven years in the transactional finance group at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. Elysha was born and raised in Cambridge and Easton, and is excited to be practicing in her home town.
