Sarah is a Maryland native who graduated with honors from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland in 2009 and the University of Maryland School of Law with honors in 2012. After clerking with the Honorable Brett W. Wilson in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, Mrs. Baugh worked with Parker Counts in Easton and Cambridge. She resides in Cambridge with her family.
