Morgan Foster joined MDSW as a Member and Steven Brown joined the firm as a Senior Associate. Morgan focuses on family law with a concentration in divorce, division of property, alimony, custody, visitation and child support. Steven focuses his practice on employment, business and civil litigation.

In addition, MDSW announced the promotion of Adam M. Lynn as a Member. Adam has been employed by MDSW since its inception in 2016. Adam regularly represents local, regional and national financial institutions in all aspects of commercial financing transactions, collection matters, troubled debt restructuring and workouts.

Ms. Foster received her B.A. from Brown University with honors in 2001 and her J.D. from Emory University Law School in 2005. Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law where he was a member of the Mock Trial team and the Journal of Land Use Regulation and Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice before all Maryland state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
